Count the Kicks Educational Materials Order Form

Healthy Birth Day provides Count the Kicks educational materials free of charge to maternal health care providers in the state of Iowa.  If you are a healthcare provider outside of Iowa and are interested in Count the Kicks, please email info@healthybirthday.org for more information. Thank you for teaching your patients how to Count the Kicks.

*Michigan providers-the grant funding period has ended for ordering additional free Count the Kicks materials.  All additional printed materials will be shipped to the MI Dept. of Community Health for dispursement upon request.  Additional materials can also be purchased directly from Healthy Birth Day by contacting kate@healthybirthday.org.  Thank you for your continued interest in Count the Kicks.
